I build worlds where women become unfuckable with.

20+ years. Built across four continents. Multi-millions in economic impact. Forbes. Kennedy Center Honoree. Building in public.

What I’m Building

For 20+ years, Vanessa built things that didn't exist yet. A CES Innovation Award-winning commerce experience. A digital platform reaching 12 million students across Latin America. The largest community platform for Latina entrepreneurs in the world β€” scaled, transformed, and delivered to acquisition in 2025.

Now she's building what she always should have had.

Build The Dream Collective is a media and community company for women who are done waiting for a seat at a table that was never designed to hold them. A newsletter with thousands of subscribers. A podcast. A growing community of founders. An advisory practice for executives navigating what's next.

Not teaching from the sidelines. Building in real time. Making room for the next generation to do the same β€” without the self-erasure that almost cost her everything.

Hola friend.

I am the daughter of Dominican and Ecuadorian immigrants. First-generation everything. Queer. Multidimensional. Multi-hyphenate.

I have spent 20+ years building things that didn't exist yet. Platforms scaled to 120+ countries. A CES Innovation Award. Multi-Millions in economic impact for communities of color.

And I did all of it while learning the hardest lesson: the most powerful thing you can build is a world where you don't have to disappear to belong in it.

That world is what I'm building now.

Build The Dream Collective is a media, community, and syndicate for women who are done competing for scraps and ready to build the table and buy the building. A newsletter, gatherings, a collective playground for remarkable women. A syndicate of women pooling resources, sharing access, and becoming collectively unfuckable with.

And I’m building in real time. If you’re interested in partnering let’s connect.
