Monochromatic Blue

A MONOCHROMATIC LOOK CAN MAKE ANY OUTFIT STAND OUT EVEN IF IT’ S BLUE

“Sometimes you climb out of bed in the morning and you think, I'm not going to make it, but you laugh inside - remembering all the times you've felt that way"

-Charles Bukowski.

I'm the first to admit that Monday has usually been my least favorite day of the week - the reason being is that I don't feel like we give the weekend the proper time it deserves... Monday feels like it steals a piece of Sunday.

We have a duty to ourselves to utilize every bit of this precious time that we are afforded and start looking at Mondays as a restart button. We all experience, loss, regret, desire for things we cannot have, and it can all overcrowd our mind easily distracting us from our end goal.

I've been on this kick recently where I'm starting from a place of yes and trusting people until given a reason not to. I'm looking at Monday's as my restart day to do better than the week before, live more, read more, learn more, listen more, exercise more, and prioritize myself more.

The color blue shouldn't be attached to a day - it should remain within the fashion hemisphere as it looks quite good on some folks. Monday should just be called the start of a new beginning. What if you started calling it the Monday Yellows instead of the Monday Blues?

I'm sure you'd begin to look at the day in a completely different way. I'm also just quite obsessed with my new shoes, they don't make me feel blue at all ;)
